By purchasing and/or using the software  provided by puratechno.com, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

2. License Grant

Upon payment of the applicable license fee,  grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Software in accordance with the terms specified in this agreement.

3. Restrictions

You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software. You may not sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute the Software to any third party.

4. Payment and Delivery

Payment for the Software is due at the time of purchase. Once payment is received, you will be provided with instructions for downloading and accessing the Software.

5. Support and Maintenance

puratechno.com will provide 12 months of technical support and updates for the Software from the date of purchase.after 20 support charge's will be extra cost 

7. Warranty Disclaimer

The Software is provided "as is" without any warranty, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

8. Limitation of Liability

puratechno.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

9. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Jurisdiction].

10. Termination

puratechno.com reserves the right to terminate this agreement if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software.
